Can I take a 23 inch duffel bag into a Greyhound as a carry-on? - wheeled duffel bags

So I have a canvas bag is 23 cm in width, length and height above (perhaps a little more) 5 per inch. It is a bit more flexible and can really turn on the suitcase with wheels. I doubt many would be put in the bag.

What are the dimensions of the upper compartment of a Greyhound bus? Do you think that it works and allowed? Thank you!
